- the name of the product and the amont of CDs you want

- your first and last name

- your social security number

- your home adress , postal code and city

- your e-mail

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

- you will receive an invoice when you receive the CD

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

- all prices are excluding shipping costs
